Eco-Trust members took part in the Field Guide Workshop

The Centre for the Study of Biological Diversity (CSBD) in collaboration with the Field Museum , Chicago, USA, hosted its first Field Guide Workshop for students and professionals in the natural resources and conservation sector.
The workshop went on for three (3) days from September 21-23, 2018 with the objective of exploring how field guides and other identification tools can help promote science, conservation, and quality of life in Guyana.
Specific objectives included:

- reviewing basic techniques in photography, editing and field guide assembly.
- exploring how field guides, together with other actions, can make an impact on conservation in Guyana.
